This notice covers the details you send us through the “List your property” form. Version 2026-10-16-draft.
What we collect
— Your name and email address— Your phone number, if you give it— The area, bedrooms and whether there is a pool— Anything you write in the message box— Your two choices on the form, and when you made them— The internet address your enquiry came from, to stop spam
Why we use it
— To reply to your enquiry and talk about managing your property, because you asked us to— To send you news and offers, only if you ticked that box. You can say stop at any time
Who sees it
— Our own team— The companies that host our website and send our email, only to run those services— We never sell your details
How long we keep it
— If we do not go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months— If we do, it becomes part of your owner record
Cookies
— We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to see which pages help and to measure our ads, but only after you press Accept on the cookie banner— If you press Reject, none of them is loaded— Change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of the page— Your choice itself is kept in your own browser
Your rights
— Ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them— Object to how we use them, or withdraw your marketing choice— Complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection— To do any of this, reply to any email from us
