A home that is ready the day you land.
Olive Row Homes is a small Paphos team. We look after every home ourselves, from the first walk-through to the day you hand back the keys, so the only thing you have to think about is settling in.

How we look after you
We check every home first
We film it, test the internet and the heating, and only list it when it is ready to live in, not just to holiday in.
One price, said up front
You see one monthly figure with utilities explained. Nothing is added at the end.
We are here while you stay
Pool, garden and repairs are ours to sort. You have one number to call, answered by someone who knows the house.
Paperwork that works for you
A proper contract and receipts, ready for a residency or tax file, and bills in your name where the home offers it.
Fair at the end
We photograph the home on the way in and the way out, so your deposit comes back without argument.
