The details you give in a request to stay: your name, email, phone number, occupation, the reason for your stay, your message, and the dates and home you asked for. We also keep a record of when you agreed to this notice and whether you chose to receive news of new homes.
Why we keep it
To answer your request, hold the dates while we reply, prepare your contract if we accept, and look after you during your stay. We send news of new homes only if you ticked the separate, optional box.

Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. [Full wording to be confirmed with legal sign-off.]
Cookies
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to see which pages help and to measure our ads. On our public pages Google Analytics and Google Ads load straight away, but with cookies switched off: until you accept, Google only gets cookie-free signals (such as a page being viewed, sent with your IP address and browser details, as any web request is), which it uses to estimate overall numbers. If you press Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising may set cookies. If you press Reject, cookies stay off; Google keeps getting only these cookie-free signals. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of the page. Your choice itself is kept in your own browser. None of these tags is used on account, staff or admin pages.
